Experience the art of painting directly from life in this Plein Air Watercolor Workshop led by acclaimed visual artist Irina Yushmanova.

Cities are constantly changing. Light shifts, shadows move, and every moment presents a new composition. In this workshop, participants will learn how to observe, simplify, and capture the essence of urban environments using watercolor to express atmosphere, energy, and emotion.

Working outdoors, each participant will develop a complete painting while exploring the essential principles of urban watercolor, from initial observation and composition to the final touches of color and light.

About Irina Yushmanova

Irina Yushmanova is a visual artist originally from Russia who has been based in Mexico since 2014. She studied at the Moscow Academy of Fine Arts and the Moscow Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, institutions internationally recognized for their excellence in academic realism.

Her work spans watercolor, oil painting, drawing, pastel, acrylic, and mixed media, combining technical precision, impressionistic sensitivity, and a contemporary artistic vision. She has participated in numerous national and international exhibitions and competitions, receiving recognition for her artistic achievements.

Irina is the founder and director of Endorphine Art School, where she teaches in-person and online art programs. She also actively collaborates with international watercolor initiatives through the International Watercolor Society (IWS) and the renowned FabrianoInAcquarello festival in Italy.
