Express Workshop: Flowback — Conscious Movement, Strength, and Freedom of Motion

The body holds memory, rhythm, strength, and endless possibilities for transformation. Flowback: Conscious Movement, Strength, and Freedom of Motion is an invitation to reconnect with that bodily intelligence through a workshop designed to explore movement from the perspective of awareness, mobility, and integrated strength. Guided by Eugenia Romero, this experience offers a space where the body becomes a place of listening, exploration, and well-being.

Over the course of three sessions, participants will discover a practice that combines different disciplines and body-based approaches to develop a freer, more stable, and more functional relationship with movement. The workshop brings together tools from somatic education, yoga, tai chi, Animal Flow, and functional training, creating fluid and natural sequences that strengthen the body, improve mobility, and encourage a deeper connection between strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

About the Workshop

Flowback is designed for those who wish to inhabit their bodies with greater awareness, ease, and confidence. Beyond exercise understood only as physical performance, this workshop approaches movement as a form of attention, presence, and self-care. Each session creates a space to explore broader and more efficient movement patterns, awakening the body’s ability to adapt, support itself, and move with greater freedom.

The experience aims to strengthen not only the muscles, but also body perception, stability, and coordination, allowing each participant to discover new ways of moving through fluidity and embodied intelligence. In this sense, the workshop becomes an opportunity to improve mobility, expand body awareness, and build a more kind and empowered relationship with oneself through movement.

What You Will Discover

  • A movement workshop led by Eugenia Romero, focused on the relationship between body awareness, strength, and freedom of motion.
  • A practice that integrates somatic education, yoga, tai chi, Animal Flow, and functional training.
